She knows the UAE's dining and entertainment habits inside out – because she has spent 16+ years in the business in Dubai. That's why she also has an insider's knowledge of the region's unique operational challenges.

Michelle understands entrepreneurs – because she is one: her first big success was a deli franchise that she founded in the UK in the early 1990s.

And she certainly knows what makes a franchise work: Michelle guided the establishment of Costa Coffee in the UAE and has helped Just Falafel to build...

Michelle knows how to turn an event into an Event! – because she has run F&B operations for so many of them: ATP/WTA Tennis, Dubai World Cup, Dubai Desert Classic, concerts, corporate events and more.
